American Court and Commercial Newspapers, Inc., a 70 year old organization for publishers of legal and business information, elected Chris Mobley, group publisher for ALM, Inc., and publisher of the Daily Business Review, Miami, as its president for 2010-11. Mobley is serving his third term in the presidency.

Brian Hunt, vice president for programs, publisher of The Recorder, San Francisco, CA;
Eric Barnes, secretary, publisher of the Memphis Daily News, Memphis, TN;
Michael Kramer, treasurer, publisher of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Chicago, IL;
Christopher Eddings, immediate past president;, publisher/president of The Daily Record, Baltimore, MD;
Greg Morris, director, publisher of the Court and Commercial Record, Indianapolis, IN;
Emily Cates, director, editor, Daily Commercial Record, Dallas, TX; and Don Bona, director, president of the Daily Record, Little Rock, AR.
ACCN is a founding organization and principal funder of the Public Notice Resource Center, a nonprofit research and education organization that focuses on newspaper public notice. ACCN’s next annual meeting will be in October, 2011, in Baltimore, MD. A date and location will be announced in mid-winter.
