Newsday Media Group (NMG) has announced that Andrea Rothchild will be joining the company as Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales, effective December 13, 2016.
Ms. Rothchild will be leading all of NMG’s advertising sales efforts encompassing digital and print for national, retail and local categories.
“For me this is a homecoming as I began the early days of my career at Newsday. I’m excited and proud to be returning to this outstanding organization and can’t wait to take the lead of the talented Newsday Media Group sales team,” said Ms. Rothchild.

Ms. Rothchild has an impressive 25-year career in the media industry. Most recently, she served as the Digital Account Director at LittleThings. Prior to LittleThings, she spent 20 years at
Newsday where she held senior sales and management positions working across a wide range of departments including Interactive & Classified Advertising, Retail Advertising and Direct Marketing.
She is a native Long Islander and lives with her family in Merrick, New York.
