Morris Publishing Group Names Richard Brashear General Manager of Main Street Digital

Morris Publishing Group, LLC has announced it has named Richard Brashear as general manager of Main Street Digital, Morris’ digital marketing services start-up company.

As general manager, Brashear will lead growth strategy for Main Street Digital and oversee the sales, operations, product development implementation and the management of the national fulfillment and retention teams.

Brashear is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the digital media, technology and telecom arenas. As founding director of Lee Enterprises’ LeeLocal digital pure play team, Brashear was responsible for the launch and growth of the digital start-up. Prior to Lee, Brashear held various leadership roles in the technology and sales operations disciplines, including general manager at Comporium Communications, director of TeleSales at Time Warner Cable, vice president of mass markets for Venture Group, and national planning manager for NationsBank.
