Olive Software announced Randal Meske as vice president of global sales and marketing. He will lead all sales and marketing teams and activity across the company.
Most recently Randal was vice president of sales at Newscycle Solutions, which was formed by the combination of DTI, SAXOTECH, MediaSpan, and the Atex AdBase business. Newscycle is owned by Vista Equity Partners and delivers software solutions for the global news media industry.
Prior to Newscycle, Randal was the president of Citation Technologies Inc. where he led the sale of its flagship product CyberRegs to IHS in 2012. His prior roles include vice president of Oracle’s Global Collaboration Sales Unit, vice president of global technical publishing business development at IHS, and multiple international assignments in Europe and Latin America with Lotus and IBM managing regional P&Ls, creating transformational go-to-market strategies, building multiple high-performance sales organizations, and exceeding revenue plans in those geographies.
His career includes repetitively transforming technology businesses on a global scale with deep experience in the Software, SaaS, and Content industries. He graduated with honors from the University of North Texas earning a B.B.A. with an emphasis in International Business.
