This is a good article. My only criticism is that it doesn't cut sharply enough. I've gotten tired of apologizing for the news industry to our readers when they complain about clickbait journalism.

Tornoe's absolutely right: What happened to Journalism 101? MSM treats the fundamentals of reporting — what gave us integrity — as asides, or suggestions.

MSM is digging its own grave with its impatience, putting "get it first" above "get it right."
