Are these $1.99 subscriptions where the customers will have to struggle to opt out when the full-price takes effect? Of course, the podcasts guests have to take a positive angle on things, but it would be great to get a true blueprint on how to make a go of creating a sustainable online publication that isn't The New York Times.
