Real Change, the umbrella organization, has a three-part structure: newspaper, vendor program and advocacy department. Homeless and low-income people can sign up with Real Change, the nonprofit, to sell Real Change, the newspaper; vendors buy the paper at sixty cents per copy and sell it for two dollars plus tips.
