Bloomberg Television has announced it is expanding its global technology coverage with the launch of two new monthly programs, “Bloomberg Tech: Asia” and “Bloomberg Tech: Europe,” premiering this month. Together with the newly rebranded “Bloomberg Tech” in the U.S., the new programs will broaden Bloomberg Television’s global technology coverage, offering region-specific insights that resonate with audiences worldwide. “Bloomberg Tech: Europe” launches on Friday, June 13, and “Bloomberg Tech: Asia” launches Friday, June 27.

“Bloomberg Tech: Asia,” airing at 9:30 a.m. JST / 8:30 a.m. HKT, will be co-anchored by Bloomberg Television’s Shery Ahn and Annabelle Droulers. Broadcasting from Bloomberg’s Tokyo and Hong Kong bureaus, the show will delve into Asia’s rapidly evolving tech landscape, spotlighting innovation hubs, key company news and emerging regional voices driving transformation.

In Europe, “Bloomberg Tech: Europe” will debut from London hosted by Bloomberg TV anchor Tom Mackenzie. Airing at 6:30 a.m. UK time, the program will explore the latest developments in European technology policy, startups and the shifting dynamics of the continent’s digital economy.

The new programs will air monthly and offer in-depth interviews and analysis centered on local industry leaders and global tech trends. These additions arrive as “Bloomberg Tech,” the only daily live global technology show focused on market-moving news and analysis, unveils a new look and refreshed format with new branding and graphics. Based in the U.S., Ed Ludlow and Caroline Hyde will continue to provide breaking news, exclusive interviews and critical insights into the companies and forces shaping the future of technology.

Alongside this announcement, Jackie Lopez will lead the expansion of Bloomberg TV’s technology coverage as executive producer, overseeing strategy and editorial direction. Based in New York, she was previously the senior producer of Bloomberg Technology on Bloomberg Television.

“This expansion allows us to spotlight the people, companies and ideas driving change in every region,” said Lopez. “‘Bloomberg Tech: Asia’ and ‘Europe’ will offer our viewers exclusive access to emerging voices and important stories shaping the future of tech worldwide.”

Together, these shows will provide a comprehensive, global perspective on the technology industry, connecting viewers with the stories and voices that matter — from Tokyo to London to San Francisco.
