Courier Journal building sold; newsroom to remain in downtown Louisville

The Courier Journal property in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, sold last week, but the building will remain the news organization’s headquarters.

Properties along Broadway controlled by The Courier Journal collectively were sold to a company called 525 W Broadway Louisville KYLLC for $11,350,000, records show.
