The Dow Jones News Fund announced the election of David Cho, editor in chief of Barron’s and head of editorial content for Dow Jones Wealth and Investing, as president of the Fund’s board of directors. Cho becomes the News Fund’s ninth president in its 67-year history, succeeding Brent W. Jones, former masthead editor and senior vice president of training, culture and community at The Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones.
Cho is an award-winning journalist who joined Barron’s in 2021 after 20 years at The Washington Post. Under his leadership, Barron’s has hit new heights in monthly unique readership and continues to see record numbers of subscribers.
