Entries now being accepted for $25,000 Collier Prize for State Government Accountability

The entry period for the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications $25,000 Collier Prize for State Government Accountability is now open. The prize, now in its fourth year, honors the best in state government investigative and political reporting in every state. The prize is one of the largest journalism awards in the nation.

The award will be announced at the White House Correspondent’s Association dinner in May 2023. Entries are based on state-level reporting in 2022 and can be submitted by any news organization. The deadline for entries is Jan. 31, 2023.
