Familiar editor rehired in Kentucky

Former Shelbyville (Kentucky) Sentinel News Editor James Mulcahy is back at the helm and is also heading The Anderson News in Lawrenceburg. Mulcahy worked as Sentinel-News editor from 2001 to 2006.

“I'm very happy to be back at the newspaper that, since moving to Shelby County in 2001, has near and dear to my heart," he said. "But I think the paper gradually moved away from its community status, and I want that feeling of belonging to come back. The paper is, after all, as much yours as it is ours. We are going to make you proud to call this your local paper."
