ISWNE Annual Conference | July 20-24

We have planned the show. Now we want you to help us select the substance.

ISWNE’s annual conference in Central Kentucky July 20-24 will feature field trips examining the Bluegrass Region’s two most famous industries, bourbon and Thoroughbred horses; one that was once infamous but is now legitimate, cannabis; and one of the national leaders of the local-food movement. Along the way, we will visit the oldest newspaper west of the Alleghenies, and talk about a university journalism project in a small town.

That’s the show for the first two days of the conference. The substance will come Friday and Saturday, and we have a wide range of possibilities to choose from and not enough time to accommodate them all. So, we hope you will tell us what you want.
