KPI announces several key new hires

Kuecker Pulse Integration, a leading integration firm that provides its clients with innovative solutions and expertise to achieve higher performance, announced several new hires to the organization. The new hires are a testament to the growth of the company as well as the continued commitment and dedication to providing the best in logistics and supply chain support to its clients.

Joshua Johnson has been hired as the company’s project engineer. Johnson joins the KPI family with experience in the field of engineering and materials handling. Previously working at Swisslog Logistics, Johnson developed his proficiency with AutoStore and AutoCAD. He most recently held a leadership position as sales project manager where he was responsible for overseeing and assisting with the design and proposal process for company sales opportunities.

Marianne Morgan has been named as KPI’s senior recruiting manager. Morgan has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources as a corporate recruiter. She has held numerous leadership positions that include human resources and recruiting manager for Concorde Career College and executive search consultant for BE Smith. Most recently, Morgan held the position of director of people for Wider Circle, Inc. where she was responsible for building the recruitment team and HR processes for the organization.

KPI welcomes Kevin Shook as the company’s senior software engineer. With over 16 years of experience in the field of software development and engineering, Shook joins KPI from ActioNet where he worked to develop and define existing new product concepts using various software languages including C#, Flex, HTML and JavaScript. His skills in engineering and knowledge of software languages will greatly assist KPI now and in the future.

Lastly, KPI is proud to announce Steve Smith as its new product owner. Smith joins the team with over seven years of experience in the manufacturing software industry. He has held multiple technical support positions where he worked with customers to troubleshoot and document various software issues. Smith most recently held a leadership position as upgrade implementation manager for Shoptech Software. His proven problem-solving abilities and experience in the manufacturing software industry will greatly aid the KPI team and their partners.
