NYVT Media announced today the elevation of two staffers to senior executive management positions within the organization.

Julianna Fedler will assume the role of advertising director, while Jared Stamm will become editor of the company’s products, effective immediately.

Fedler has been new revenue development manager at NYVT Media for the past year. Prior to that position, she was a sales account executive with the company. Fedler is also a licensed drone pilot and operates SkyView DPV, which specializes in real estate and wedding videos as well as the event coordinator for Country Meadows Barn in Fort Ann, NY.

Fedler’s past experience includes stints as an account manager in the wholesale toy and hobby arena, as well as an account executive for Clear Channel Radio.

She has a bachelor of arts in music management from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC.

The New England native also serves as an auxiliary chaplain for American Legion Post 50 in Castleton, VT.

Fedler says of her new assignment: “I never imagined two and a half years ago as a part-time sales representative that I would be leading the team into the future. Being a media executive is the opportunity I didn’t know I was waiting for. I am so proud and excited for what the future holds. I juggle a lot now working full-time and running two other businesses, but every day is a new day and I am blessed.”

Jared Stamm is being promoted from his previous position as NYVT’s calendar writer/entertainment reporter. In his new position, he will oversee all newsgathering operations for the media group.

Stamm is Williams College (Williamstown, MA) graduate, who has an extensive publishing background. He has held positions as online communications manager and web editor at the Population Council in NY, as well as project manager at SCP Communications.

Stamm has also sung, recorded and toured with the acclaimed Gregg Smith Singers.

Stamm states, “It’s an exciting time to be working at NYVT Media as we expand our digital reach in addition to maintaining our extensive print portfolio. We expect opportunities to communicate news that is local and relevant to our readership across New York and Vermont to continue to grow, and I’m very pleased to be part of this mission.”
