WABC owner dismisses report that campaign donations influence ad buys

Red Apple Media owner John Catsimatidis is firing back following a report in an online political publication that attempts to tie in political donations to advertising placed on WABC New York (770).

The campaign donations Catsimatidis made to Republican Reps. Mike Lawler and Anthony D’Esposito and their subsequent ad buys on the Red Apple talk outlet are the focus of a report in City & State.
