7 CNHI Titles Sold to Rust Communications

By: Community Newspaper Holdings Inc. sold two dailies and five other publications to Rust Communications of Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Sold were the 4,000-circulation Spencer (Iowa) Daily Reporter, four nearby weeklies and shoppers, and a summer resort publication; and the 4,000-circulation Linton (Ind.) Daily Citizen.

Dirks, Van Essen & Murray represented CNHI in the deal, whose terms were not disclosed.
