AdSend Organizes Newspaper/Advertiser Summit

By: E&P Staff File-transfer solutions developer AdSend in Cranbury, N.J., is hosting a Newspapers & Advertiser summit this fall in three cities in an effort to bring its two core customer bases together to talk about best practices and moneymaking in an increasingly tough market.

The company also will use the event, to take place in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, to explain how and why it will move its services from former owner AP's satellite system onto the Internet.

London-based advertising workflow developer Vio Worldwide acquired AdSend two years ago, and recently appointed industry veteran Al Edwards to run the company.
