'AJC' Names Senior VP/Ad Sales

By: E&P Staff The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has named Moya Neville as its new senior vice president for advertising sales, effective Sept. 21.

In her new role, Neville will be responsible for leading the advertising sales and operations teams at the Journal-Constitution.

"Moya is a remarkable talent who has the knowledge, experience and drive to lead sales efforts at the AJC," Publisher Michael Joseph said in a statement. "I am confident in her ability to foster a culture of customer satisfaction, and to enhance sales training and advertising revenue."

Neville previously served as vice president and chief sales officer at the St. Petersburg Times since 2005. While at the Times, she led the advertising and sales division for the St. Petersburg Times, tampabay.com, Tampa Bay Direct and their free daily entertainment publication, tbt*.

Prior to her time in St. Petersburg, Neville worked at the Sarasota Herald Tribune, where she served as director of advertising and marketing. A graduate of the University of Florida, she began her career at the Bradenton Herald as a classified outside sales representative.
