Allentown to Install CCI Ad System

By: E&P Staff The Morning Call, Allentown, Pa., contracted for 50 concurrent licenses of CCI AdDesk Sales from CCI Europe, Aarhus, Denmark, and Kennesaw, Ga. The paper is the ninth among Tribune Co.'s 11 dailies to commit to CCI AdDesk Sales.

Groupwide architecture "will allow for a faster implementation of products across Tribune properties, enable standard reporting, allow for system-support and other efficiencies, and ease "administration of nationally contracted rates," Morning Call IT project director Jeff Ortwein said in a statement.

Providing a single view of a customer, CCI AdDesk Sales' one-order, one-bill feature helps streamline back-office procedures and improve service. The paper expects that the system's e-commerce capabilities to improve advedrtiser self-service.
