By: E&P Staff While there were many papers that reported declining circulation for the six months ending September 2008, there were some newspapers that made gains. Below are the top 10 daily (Monday through Friday) newspapers for a circulation size of 50,000 or more courtesy of the Audit Bureau of Circulations. The percent change compares this period to the same period in September 2007.
