Andrew Lobred Named VP Sales/Marketing at Media General's Interactive Division

By: E&P Staff Andrew Lobred has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing at Media General's interactive media division.

"We are pleased that Andy will lead our sales and marketing efforts to help grow our online advertising and sales initiatives," said Neal Fondren, president of Media General's interactive media division, in a statement. "He has extensive experience with both national and local advertising. Andy's experience and energy will help us expand our strong online presence for Media General's newspapers and television stations as well as for our new products and services."

Most recently, Lobred was vice president of product management and marketing at Cavalier Telephone. Prior to that he was vice president of sales and product marketing for NetTelcos. He has held marketing positions at Broadslate Networks/Network Access Solutions, and AT&T.
