Andrews Named Senior Director of Commercial Printing for Cox

By: E&P Staff Robert ?Sandy? Andrews has been appointed to the newly created role of senior director of commercial printing for Cox Newspapers based in Atlanta, Ga.

In the new role, Andrews will be in charge of developing a cost-savings program for the company?s commercial printing needs and maximizing in-house printing operations.

Andrews previously served in senior sales and managerial roles at Vertis Communications, Parade Publications, Inc., and Bowater Sales Company.

Cox publishes 17 daily and 25 non-daily newspapers and shoppers, including the Palm Beach (Fl.) Daily News, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the Austin (Texas) American-Statesman.
