By: E&P Staff Anygraaf, Helsinki, Finland, and Fredrick, Md., has added features to its ePlanner Web content management system that enhance site management and readers' experience.

Among the newest features are enhanced polls and results reporting, automatic news-feed posting, site archiving, banner-ad management, statistics tracking, image and video galleries, and inclusion of forums for discussions, comments and blogs.

The company also has enhanced support for citizen and community journalism, outreach and reader-participation activities where groups and or individuals can post and manage content, including allowing readers to send content tothe newsroom (articles, images and video and audio clips for use online and in print).

The latest version's new maintenance features include online maintenance of discussion forums, ability to maintain multiple site versions, maintenance of content archives and management of content for online-only products. In addition, Anygraaf's eSales module integrates with ePlanner to provide subscription-based access control to a site's features.

Karjalainen, a daily in Eastern Finland, has managed its Web site live with ePlanner since June, and Finnish newspapers L?nsi-Savo and Ita-Savo recently selected ePlanner to manage their Web sites. ePlanner will be integrated with other Anygraaf tools including the Doris32 asset-management and publishing-production system and ePaper. Implementation is planned for early next year.
