Ashley Huston Named Chief Communications Officer at Dow Jones

Ashley Huston has been named permanent chief communications officer at Dow Jones, publisher of The Wall Street Journal. She will also serve as deputy head of communications for its parent company, News Corp.

According to a statement from Dow Jones CEO William Lewis, Huston "has balanced out the requirements for both roles with enthusiasm, skill and poise, and so we are now delighted that she is returning to Dow Jones permanently. She is, of course, no stranger to our company, having been a member of the Dow Jones communications team for five years prior to joining News Corp in January 2013. She has previously held communications roles with Rubenstein Communications, ESPN and CNN."
