Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z), one of Germany's largest newspapers, will deploy the Atex Polopoly Web content management solution across all its properties, including its main Website FAZ.NET, which as of August had more than 3.2 million unique users and averaged 22 million visits and more than 116 million page impressions per month.
After testing of several solutions, F.A.Z. chose Polopoly for its adaptability to the publisher's editorial requirements and ease of integrating with existing applications including the publisher's photo archive and Atex Editorial CMS.
Atex-certified implementation partner Netpioneer, responsible for Polopoly testing at F.A.Z., will see to its roll-out there. "We felt that Netpioneer's profound understanding of editorial processes was a decisive factor for the efficient implementation of the project," FAZ.NET Editor Kai N. Pritzsche said in a statement.
