Atex Schedules Regional Events

By: E&P Staff Instead of participating in industry trade shows and conferences this year, media software solutions and services provider Atex, Reading, England, announced it will hold regional "New Life for Media" symposia to showcase its new and emerging products.

The first in the "New Life for Media" series will be at the March Atex User Group meeting, in Melbourne, Fla. Atex wil announce dates and locations for subsequent events next month.

"We believe that the economic and scheduling pressures faced by our customers are best served by a program of smaller, focused, regional events," Atex Group CEO John Hawkins said in a statement. "This type of event will permit greater interaction between Atex and its customers and will enhance information sharing between attendees."
