By: E&P Staff Advanced Technical Solutions, Acton, Mass., completed a major upgrade of the Circ 2000 circulation and distribution system at El Nuevo Dia in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The upgrade will provide new and enhanced features that allow the paper to better service readers, ensure that advertisers' messages reach those readers, and maintain high levels of integrity of all business transactions.
"This new set of enhancements leverages all aspects of e-commerce and not only allows us to better serve our subscribers directly, but they have also improved the way we can now interact with sales our agents," El Nuevo Dia Information Systems Vice President Gustavo Cordova, said in a statement, adding that "the upgrade was delivered on-time and on-budget.
"Upgrading a complex system is challenging for any organization, but El Nuevo Dia and ATS assigned the right resources to the process," said ATS CEO Bill Page.
