'Attitude' Cartoonists Start Group and Web Site

By: E&P Staff Various cartoonists profiled in Ted Rall's three "Attitude" anthologies have gotten together to form a "Cartoonists With Attitude" group and Web site (http://www.cartoonistswithattitude.org), Rall reported today on his blog.

Rall, who edited the three books, does editorial cartoons for Universal Press Syndicate and acquisition-and-development consulting for United Media. Also working on the books was designer/cartoonist J.P. Trostle, news editor of EditorialCartoonists.com.

Members of the new CWA group include Matt Bors ("Idiot Box"), Brian McFadden ("Big Fat Whale"), Stephanie McMillan ("Minimum Security"), August Pollak ("XQUZYPHYR & Overboard"), Mikhaela Reid ("The Boiling Point"), Ben Smith ("Fighting Words"), Jen Sorensen ("Slowpoke"), and Masheka Wood ("Not Just Knee Deep").
