The other was a 13-panel Sunday comic from April 8, 1962, that sold for $54,160. It features a baseball gag involving Snoopy and Linus.
In February, a 1952 "Peanuts" strip sold for $31,640. And last December, a 1955 "Peanuts" comic went for a whopping $113,525.
"Peanuts" reruns by Schulz (1922-2000) continue to be syndicated by United Media.
