Austria's Print Styria Installs Krause CTP

By: E&P Staff Print Styria in Graz, Austria, will operate two complete Krause platesetting lines consisting of two Krause LS Jet platesetters with BlueFin processors.

The turnkey solutions will output for printing two newspapers on a manroland Colorman press in Graz and communicate with the workflow installed at the company's St. Veit site. The systems replace a 6-year-old Agfa Polaris platesetter and Haase processors.

The modular Krause platesetters can meet the demand of 200 plates per hour, and, in the event more capacity is required, "we can increase the production speed anytime," Krause Sales Director Frank Bockermann said in a statement.
