By: E&P Staff AutoTrader.com has agreed to provide vehicle listings and content to the Web sites of Cox Media Group, including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Under the agreement,
AutoTrader will power new and used auto classified listings online on 73 Cox radio station Web sites under a custom, co-branded channel.
At the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, visitors to AJCcars.com will be redirected to AutoTrader.
"By making our auto listings available on Cox radio stations' and the AJC's Web sites, we dramatically increase the audience of in-market car shoppers viewing cars listed for sale on our site," Chip Perry, president and CEO of AutoTrader, said in a statement.
This is an extension of the partnership, which began in 2008 with The Palm Beach (Fla.) Post, the Austin (Texas) American-Statesman and the Dayton Daily News in Ohio.
AutoTrader and Cox Media Group are owned by Cox Enterprises.
