Award for Campaign Featuring Cartoonist's Crime-Fighting Mascot

By: E&P Staff The Near North Crime Stoppers in Ontario, Canada, received a "Special Project Award" from the Ontario Association of Crime Stoppers for the NNCS campaign using the "Nipper" crime-fighting mascot.
