By: E&P Staff Liz Halloran is set to become the new media writer for The Sun in Baltimore. She has worked in The Hartford (Ct.) Courant's Washington bureau since 2000.
Halloran was an award-winning reporter at the Courant; she was part of the reporting team that won a 1999 Pulitzer Prize for breaking news coverage of fatal shootings at state lottery headquarters.
Her appointment is effective April 19.
