LISA LOVULLO, director of electronic news and information services at the Sun, has been promoted to director of planning for new business development.
AMY OAKES, a general assignment reporting intern at the Allentown, Pa., Morning Call, was appointed a 1998 METPRO journalist, a minority editorial training program, at the Sun, where she will be a general assignment reporter.
ERIC MOYA, assistant editor at Jazziz magazine, was appointed to the news copy desk as a METPRO journalist.
