Baxter Bulletin Names Managing Editor

Bob Heist has been named managing editor with the Baxter Bulletin in Mountain Home, Ark. He replaces Janelle House, who left the paper in May. Most recently, Heist served as executive sports editor at the Pensacola News Journal in Florida for the past three years. Previously, he worked with both The Lafayette Daily Advertiser in Louisiana and The Meadville Tribune in Pennsylvania as sports editor.
