New Times Inc., which recently changed its name to NT Media, has settled its
trademark dispute with Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch, AAN News reports.

NT Media filed suit against CitySearch last year when the online city guides
started using the phrase "Best of" in six cities where the alternative newspaper
company publishes newsweeklies. Based in Phoenix, NT Media publishes alternative
weeklies in Phoenix, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Denver, and St. Louis.

The companies released a four-page settlement document that states CitySearch
agreed to "change the name of its 'best of' program. In return, NT Media agreed
to drop the lawsuit. The settlement only affects the six cities where NT Media
publishes weeklies and CitySearch posts online city guides.

CitySearch, which is owned by USA Networks Inc., continues to use the "Best of
[city name]" program on its other city guides.
