Bob Sauerberg will become CEO of Condé Nast on January 1, 2016, the company's current CEO Chuck Townsend told employees in an email Sunday evening. Sauerberg, who has been president of the publishing company for the past five years, succeeds Townsend, who will become chairman at the company. S.I. Newhouse Jr. will become chairman emeritus.
