By: E&P Staff Newspaper broker Thomas C. Bolitho has merged his Oklahoma-based Bolitho Media Service with Edward D. Anderson's Missouri-based National Media Associates, the two companies announced.
The new firm will be known as National Media Associates.
"We see the association of our two companies as a new and strengthened resource for publishers of community newspapers and shoppers," Anderson said in a prepared statement. "Ed Anderson and I discovered we did business in a very similar way," Bolitho said in a statement.
Anderson began National Media Associates in 1997 following a career in community newspapers. Bolitho established his company in 1994 after a career in community newspapers. His deceased father, Robert N. Bolitho, was a famed newspaper broker who was a principal in Krehbiel-Bolitho Newspaper Service.
National Media Associates will maintain offices in Branson, Missouri, with a phone number of (417) 336-3457, and in Ada, Oklahoma, with a phone number of (580) 421-9600.
