Many local businesses are poised to spend more in 2021, but the Borrell Assocoiates latest survey: "Local Business 2021 Marketing Plans" indicates there isn't a lot of firm commitment. This end-of-year survey of small businesses asked about their advertising and marketing plans for 2021. The topic was chosen because Borrell found great uncertainty about spending plans when they conducted their bigger annual survey several months earlier.
