'Buffalo Bulletin' Appoints New Associate Publisher

By: E&P Staff Third-generation Buffalo (Wyo.) Bulletin owners Robb and Jen Hicks have appointed Joe Hudon the weekly's new associate publisher.

Before joining the Bulletin staff, Hudon spent 11 years at The Press-Enterprise in Riverside, Calif., where he managed and published the Press-Enterprise Co.?s six weekly papers for three years before working in various advertising positions at the Press-Enterprise?s metro daily paper.

Hudon began his newspaper career at the Valley American in Clarkston, Wash., working as a photographer, darkroom tech, and production manager. He then went on to earn his bachelor?s degree from Washington State University and has since worked for a number of weekly newspapers throughout California and Arizona.
