Burt Levy Named NorthShore Pub

By: E&P Staff Burt Levy was appointed publisher of the Sun Times Media-Group's NorthShore Magazine.

Levy, 50, was most recently at the Chicago Sun-Times where he served as director of arts and entertainment advertising at the Sun-Times News Group.

"[Levy's] creativity, leadership skills and knowledge of a variety of advertising categories is a perfect fit with the magazine as it celebrates it 30th year of publication and increases its presence on the Internet," Larry Green, president of Pioneer Press, which publishes NorthShore, said in a statement.

NorthShore magazine is distributed monthly to households in northern and northwestern Cook County, as well as southern Lake County.
