Carthage Press Ceases Publication After 134 Years

The Carthage Press is no more.

In a letter to readers in Wednesday's print publication, the Carthage Press announced that was its final publication.

"As Southwest Missouri's oldest daily newspaper, it's been a privilege serving the Carthage communities for all these years," Joseph Leong, senior group publisher, said in the letter.
