Characters from Three Hinds Comics to Meet Each Other

By: E&P Staff Starting this Monday, the Edith character in Bill Hinds' "Cleats" comic will go to summer camp -- and meet some of Hinds' characters from other comics.

The title character from "Tank McNamara" will be there, as will the title character from "Buzz Beamer." Tank runs the camp, while Buzz becomes Edith's canoe partner.

Hinds does "Buzz" for "Sports Illustrated for Kids" magazine and co-creates "Tank" with Jeff Millar for Universal Press Syndicate, which also distributes "Cleats."
