Charlotte H. Hall has been named vice president and editor of the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel. Hall most recently served as vice president for planning at Newsday in Melville, N.Y. Also, the Sentinel has promoted Jane E. Healy, its editorial page editor, to vice president.
