Chunichi Shimbun Orders Baldwin Spray Dampening

By: E&P Staff Baldwin Technology Co. Inc., Shelton, Conn., received an order from Japan's Chunichi Shimbun for high-speed spray-dampening equipment valued at $1.2 million.

To be installed next July and December, the systems will replace existing equipment used at the Kinjo plant, one of eight print sites owned by Nagoya-based Chunichi Shimbun, which produces seven titles with a total daily circulation of 4.28 million copies.
