Clements Replaces Blue at Goss Lifetime Support

By: E&P Staff Wesley Clements has been appointed vice president of Goss International's Lifetime Support program in North America, overseeing parts, service, training and enhancements for the company's web offset press and print finishing systems.

Clements replaces Greg Blue, who decided to leave the company in December. "This was a difficult decision for Greg, and we appreciate his 19 years of service to our customers," Goss CEO Jochen Meissner said in a statement.

Meissner said Clements' engineering background "puts him in a strong position to drive our philosophy of making the latest Goss innovations available as enhancements for existing systems."

Clements, who joined Goss 10 years ago with extensive project-management and engineering experience, most recently participated in developing the Goss FPS press and in large press installations in Europe and the U.S., including the Goss Colorliner project completed at The New York Times in 2008.
