Vicente Fox, president of Mexico from 2000 to 2006, will give the keynote speech at a business conference in Visalia, Calif., on Oct. 5. Others to address the gathering include Fox's wife, Marta Sahagun de Fox, and Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes.
