Condé Nast and Hearst Magazines, two of the country’s largest magazine publishers, are forming a joint venture called PubWorx LLC to oversee the back-office operations of their print publications.
The two companies are consolidating the circulation, procurement and production of their print magazines, which include titles such as Vogue, Vanity Fair and Wired at Condé Nast, and Cosmopolitan, Elle and Esquire at Hearst.
