Conrad and Scheer to Speak in California

By: E&P Staff The Pacific Palisades Democratic Club is hosting two syndicated commentators at a Dec. 10 event in Santa Monica, Calif.

Appearing will be editorial cartoonist Paul Conrad of Tribune Media Services and opinion columnist Robert Scheer of Creators Syndicate. Conrad will speak "in conversation" with Scheer, according to a Pacific Palidades, Calif., Palisadian-Post article linked today by ComicsReporter.com and DailyCartoonist.com.

Conrad is a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner who was formerly a staffer at the Los Angeles Times. Scheer was also based at that paper before moving to the San Francisco Chronicle.
